2) In File Explorer turn on the Details pane from the View tab of the ribbon, then edit the tags of whatever image, MP3 etc. you've selected. Of course if you want better tag support then use a better program, such as an image viewer/editor that supports EXIF tags, or an audio player that supports tags for various audio formats.
